MSS Flowbox measures & monitors Nitrogen assist gas flow into laser cutting systems which allows the accurate measurement of gas used for each cutting job. Data can be recorded at a very fine detail level to scrutinize the volume of gas used per product/sheet being cut very accurately.
The ability to measure assist gas used at this level ensures that your laser is being operated at its optimum efficiency according to the manufacturers recommendations, avoiding the unnecessary and costly use of oversized nozzles.
The Flowbox can also be used for leak detection and may be installed on any laser cutting system.
